However, Mr. Hon was very thoroughly and detailed in his explanation of the service, and shown a high degree of understanding and accommodation when we requested a change in our service plan. He was promptly changed our order with great efficiency. These two people are hopefully well taken care of and should train all the staff there November 2012In september 2012 I replaced the 2005 toyota camry with a previously owned 2012 toyota camry with 18,000 kilometers on it.It was purchaes from another Toyota dealer as Toyota on the Park did not have any in their inventory during that time. The first service is due in Feb 2013(oil change) As is the custom, Toyota on the Park will be doing the service on this 2012 camry because I have had marvellous service and attention from you when I owned the 2005 camry, and also from Yonge Lawrence toyota when I owned the 2002 camry. I brought my 5 year old son and both he and I had a blast in the upper lounge. He coloured (thank you to the complimentary book and crayons) and I got caught up on some celebrity gossip. Then we watched trains go by and counted the cars. Then we each had a delicious snack and complimentary coffee. I felt like I was at a car spa!My Venza currently has a ski box on the top and the service rep apologized that my car was not able to be washed, so I was give a few more tokens to come by for a wash when the Yakima box was removed. Can it get any better??? My father also drives a Venza and he's considering driving from Lindsay to have his service done at Toyota on the Park.
