March 2011On each of my visits to the Service Department, I have noticed that all clients arriving are greeted courteously, including women owner/driver who obviously are not intimidated by their lack of "car knowledge". The Basic needs for short and longer wait clients are met by comfortable seating, morning papers and a plentiful supply of complimentary hot coffee.The excellent quality of workmanship and customer service provided by Toyota On The Park obviously stems from a highly developed work ethic on the part of the personnel working in the Service Team. The PR process starts at the opening of the Service Department doors. March 2011When my car needs servicing, I am always happy to present my tale of woe iniitally by phone to Ms. Alisha Shah. in spite of my amateurish description, an inspection soon reveals the root cause of the problem plus the estimate of work to be done, time required and tentative cost. A mutually convenient appointment is made for the car to be serviced, all estimated while I am having a cup of coffee.Alisha Shah's Smile is always warm and welcoming even on a winter's morning when the client is a day late. Her "memory-joggers" remind me of a service requirement under the leasing agreement (easily forgotten) and these are most welcome. She is clearly a people person, who enjoys and excels in her daily performance as an energetic member of the Service Department Team. In my opinion as a client, Alisha Shah is a credit to the entire organization of Toyota On The Park.
