New Car/Pre-owned Sales Representative

Job Duties

  • Responsible for achieving daily productivity goals aimed at generating appointments through iLead opportunities and marketing campaigns.
  • Execute an in store sales process with the goal of demonstrating superior product knowledge and vehicle test drives.
  • Daily follow up with sales leads and opportunities.
  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale
  • Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features, advantages and benefits.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher.
  • Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management software – VIN solutions.
  • Discuss financial information regarding lease and finance rates
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Recommend 1-3 year of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, planning, account development, and time management.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and OMVIC certification
  • V-Auto and VIN Solutions Experience preferred

Compensation
