About a week ago, I bought my first car in Canada, Toyota Highlander. My salesman was so kind and explained in detail. Even though it was holiday season and almost every car was out of stock, fortunately I could get the car I wanted and it took only 2~3 days to complete the entire process. It's been about a week of driving new car, I am very satisfied.

My husband and I had an incredible experience with the whole team at Toyota on the Park! From my initial conversation with Matt, the General Manager, who kept me informed of all vehicle updates, to meeting with our sales person Judy for our test drive. Jessica helped us with picking the package that was right for us and Ovi was an excellent delivery specialist who went over all the features of our new Highlander. Would make the drive back from Bolton for the incredible service!

Went to Toyota on the park for a new car. Successfully purchased one thanks to Paul’s help and patience. He answered all our questions and queries both in person and through email. He never fails to reply you as soon as possible knowing how anxious I was to get a new car with new features. He patiently explained the new car features thoroughly as I picked it up. We went through the systems and the apps that can assist us in the future. It was a wonderful experience with Toyota on the park. Thank you Paul! My family and I are very satisfied with our new car and can’t be any happier.

I had the pleasure of buying my recent vehicle from Toyota on the Park. Judy, my sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and honest. Not only do I appreciate her help but I mostly appreciate how genuine she was from our first meeting to even after I picked up the vehicle. I was told my vehicle would take two weeks to arrive to the store. Naturally, I suspected there would be some kind of delay due to the current market. However, I was given updates along the whole way and my vehicle even arrived before expected. The evening I went to pick up my vehicle, it was decorated with a nice bow for pictures. I was also pleasantly surprised that an employee, Ovi, was there to give me a thorough orientation of the car and all of its features. In my past experience with other companies, all levels of customer service ends once you sign on the dotted line but not at this store. Judy has reached out since picking up my vehicle to ensure I loved it. She has also answered all of my questions extremely promptly. Thank you to everyone at Toyota on the Park for making this a seamless and enjoyable process!

I went to check prices and I happily left with a bill sale. The place was nice and the receptionist found a sales representative in a reasonable time. There were some interesting offers, which many people may find them attractive, but for some personal preferences, they weren't for me. Mike was very nice, polite, and a listening person (as a good seller). He walked me through the process (price, promos, accessories, discounts, etc). We also discussed delivery and deposit, so after a few minutes, we reached an agreement. He introduced me to Jason, who graciously took me to the second floor for the financial part. Jason was very professional, clear and he always had time to answer any questions I had. Same as Mike, we walked me through the process efficiently at a good pace, and providing clarifications when needed. The whole experience was pleasant, so I thanked Mike before leaving. Now, I am just waiting for his call to drive my new car. Thank you Toyota on the park!
