We purchased our first car in Toronto at Toyota on the Park on Monday this week, and as newcomers with a lot of questions about buying a car in Canada, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. Peter D'Costa, one of the Sales Specialist in this branch, was the one helping us out from day one. He was very respectful, helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns without rushing things up. He was also very friendly and down to earth. He has excellent communication skills also explaining every detail carefully. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Toyota on the Park thanks to Peter, and then, Shelly along with all the other staff.

I purchased my vehicle from Toyota on the Park with help from Parker Raaymakers. The moment I walked in to the location, I was greeted immediately and the staff there was excited to have a potential buyer at their location. I was met with kindness, understanding and an energy that made my first time purchase all the more exciting. Parker made the process easy and listened to what I was looking for. He was prompt on ensuring I received the offer I was looking for and was consistent with following up with me ensuring my transition was easy. I can't thank him and Toyota on the Park for making my experience effortless and without all the awkwardness and pressure one might feel from environments such as these.

This is very welcoming place. Salesperson Peter D’Costa was knowledgeable and patient, with a kind manner. He responded to all my early inquiries, and, as weeks went on, was available to answer even the most micro of questions. During my test drive visit, he spent a lot of time personally going over the car, and, once I made a final selection, tended to my soon-to-be vehicle like a caring babysitter. Ricardo, the delivery specialist, explained how to use everything in my vehicle with detail, clarity and patience. This was a reassuring plus. The financing manager, Shelley, is an amiable person who made finishing the deal more like a friendly conversation than a nail-biting pressure-cooker. All together, my experience at Toyota on the Park was a gratifying one.

It was such a pleasure working with Peter D'Costa. He treated us with respect and let us be heard and understood our needs. He took his time and went over all the details we needed to know and all the 'extras' we could have/not have. Peter answered all our questions on and off site. Very helpful and made our experience very pleasurable from the beginning all the way to delivering our car. Great to see such wonderful customer service from this team at Toyota on the Park!
